Project context
A two-day neighbourhood festival in Wilsele, combining music, theatre, family activities and community programming. I grew from sound-technical coordinator in 2025 to overall project and production management in 2026, covering programme, production, communication, website, partners and teams.
What I did
- Coordinated the complete 2026 edition, including programme, production planning, infrastructure, suppliers, partners, communication and team coordination.
- Designed, built and managed the public website, structuring programme, activities, practical information, location details, FAQs and participation flows into a clear visitor-facing experience.
- Translated programme and organisational requirements into practical visitor information, content structure and communication flows across the website and other public-facing channels.
- Coordinated more than 30 programme items, including music, theatre and children’s activities, alongside approximately 50 crew members and volunteers.
- Managed practical production, including schedules, technical requirements, infrastructure, logistics, suppliers and financial follow-up.
- Coordinated external partners, artists, technicians, volunteers and suppliers, acting as a central point of contact throughout preparation and production.
- In 2025, coordinated sound production and the sound team before taking on the wider project and production role in 2026.
