Technical coordination of a multi-programme festival, covering music, theatre and art activities across multiple stages and activity zones, with responsibility for planning, suppliers, technical teams and on-site execution.
What I did
- Led technical production and stage planning for the festival’s music stage, theatre and art activities.
- Translated programme requirements into technical plans for sound, lighting, power, staging and infrastructure.
- Prepared technical diagrams, equipment lists and power provisions in coordination with external suppliers and partners.
- Coordinated suppliers, technical partners and crew throughout preparation, build-up and festival operation.
- Assembled and directed the technical team, assigning responsibilities and following up build-up, show operation and strike.
- Handled on-site technical troubleshooting and adjusted planning where needed during production.
