Stage and backstage coordination across two stages and a congress zone.
What I did
- Managed the smaller stage in 2023 and the main stage in 2024, alongside coordination within the congress zone.
- Received artists and touring crews, coordinated arrivals, backstage needs and communication with technical teams.
- Managed stage timings, programme transitions and changeovers to keep the live schedule running smoothly.
- Coordinated artists, technicians, crew and production teams during live operation, acting as a central point of contact around the stage.
- Anticipated delays and practical issues and adjusted stage flow and priorities where required.
- Maintained an overview of backstage and stage operations in a high-traffic public event with many simultaneous moving parts.
