Project context
Founded and developed GRONDSLAG as a multidisciplinary festival and platform for emerging music, art, DIY culture and audiovisual work. Led the project end-to-end, covering concept development, funding, project planning, website development, communication, production, stakeholder coordination and final delivery.
What I did
- Developed the festival concept, format and project structure from the ground up.
- Led the project end-to-end, from funding and planning through production, delivery and evaluation.
- Managed budgets, funding applications, administration, purchasing and supplier follow-up.
- Designed and developed the festival website, including structure, content, navigation and public-facing information.
- Developed digital open-call and participation flows for artists and makers.
- Coordinated the festival content across live music, DJs, exhibitions, DIY art, open jam and immersive audiovisual work.
- Built and managed partnerships across music, visual arts, audiovisual production, DIY culture and technical production.
- Coordinated 100+ artists and makers, around 70 volunteers, external partners and technical crews.
- Managed venue planning, technical production, infrastructure, logistics, schedules and on-site coordination.
