Series of live sessions for VLOER 1 artists and local bands, combining project coordination, technical production, artist communication, administration and public outreach.
What I did
- Co-developed the live-session concept and coordinated several editions from preparation through delivery.
- Managed artist communication, scheduling and practical arrangements around each session.
- Prepared and operated the technical production, including sound, stage setup and live execution.
- Coordinated collaborators and technical requirements for each recording and performance.
- Managed administration, budgets, purchases and production follow-up across the series.
- Handled public-facing communication and helped present the participating artists to a wider audience.
- Followed up each edition from preparation and setup through live operation and wrap-up.
