Design and development of Atelier Circuler’s website and digital ecosystem, integrating memberships, bookings, e-commerce, POS, payments, invoicing and internal workflows into a coherent user and operational experience.
What I did
- Designed and developed the WordPress/Elementor website, from information architecture and content structure to responsive implementation.
- Translated complex membership, pricing and reservation rules into clear user flows and practical digital workflows.
- Developed and expanded the booking platform for memberships, workshop access, reservations and availability.
- Built the WooCommerce catalogue and integrated it with the organisation’s point-of-sale workflow.
- Set up and automated processes around bookings, memberships, payments, invoicing and user communication.
- Developed custom features and integrations where off-the-shelf functionality did not match the organisation’s operational needs.
- Continuously improved flows, content and functionality based on user feedback, staff needs and recurring operational issues.
- Selected and managed the supporting digital infrastructure, including hosting, domains, software, licences and connected services.
- Provided ongoing technical support, troubleshooting and maintenance while keeping the platform scalable and manageable as the organisation grew.
